africon is a consulting company with sole focus on Africa.

With our philosophy “bridging potentials”, we consult global companies on their Africa strategy beginning with their market entry until the implementation. Our services include market research, country analyses, development of strategies and local implementation of projects in Africa. Therefore, we pursue a hands-on approach with our team located various countries. Project managers on the ground ensure reduction in cost, time and risk for our clients doing business in Africa.

africon has a team of international consultants based in key African markets, as well as in Germany. We work mostly remotely and are constantly looking for new team members. Learn more about our teams and locations here.
