As we see growing interest from clients in Egypt and North Africa, we are pleased to welcome Mai Hani to africon as a Senior Analyst. She joined us in January 2026.
Mai brings a wealth of experience in market research and project intelligence, having worked in the field since 2017. Her background spans industrial and mining projects, urban construction, infrastructure, and data centres. Over the years, she has developed strong capabilities in project analysis, market assessments, and transforming complex information into meaningful insights.
Before joining africon, Mai worked with ABiQ, where she evaluated project pipelines, development values, timelines, and key stakeholders across emerging markets in Africa and the Middle East. This exposure has shaped her deep understanding of regional investment dynamics and industry developments.
In her new role at africon, Mai is already strengthening our client work by coordinating expert networks and sourcing industry specialists who contribute to our project strategies.
