As our project portfolio across Africa continues to grow in both number and complexity, our team is expanding.
We are pleased to welcome Lukas Bauer as our new working student. He joined us in November 2025 and is based in Kleve, Germany. Lukas is currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Rhine Waal University, where he has gained practical research experience and developed a strong interest in East Africa and in Africa–Europe cooperation.
Lukas is supporting our project managers with controlling and coordination tasks. He is also contributing to an internal AI project, helping us improve how we work and scale our impact. Lukas will also gain insights into different departments and broaden his experience in Africa-related consulting, project management and business development.
