We are happy to welcome Sebastian Dordel as Director. He brings almost 20 years of management consulting experience across various industries, including energy, financial services, healthcare and automotive. Before africon, Sebastian held senior positions at strategy consultancies in South Africa and the UK, managing a wide range of projects with topics ranging from M&A and transformation challenges to performance optimisation, growth strategy and startup advisory. He is a dual German-British citizen with an MSc in International Management from King’s College London.
At africon, Sebastian will focus on new market development, leveraging his extensive experience to help our clients seize opportunities across the African continent. His appointment reinforces africon’s commitment to delivering tailored solutions for businesses aiming to tap into Africa’s immense potential.
